Our rack and pinion technology at a glance
The smallest hoist in our product range is our compact S 225 Super-Lift cable lift. Easy and quick to set up, our Super Lift Z 330 offers twice the maximum lift height of 100 metres with a maximum payload of 300 kg. The transport speed comprises 30 m/min. With its minimum footprint thanks to a 90-degree swivelling load platform, the Super Lift Z 330 is particularly suitable for transporting material.
The top model in our range, the Super Lift LX 2024, is up for any challenge. With a maximum height of 200 metres and payloads of up to 4 tonnes or 12 passengers, the Super Lift LX is suitable for transporting materials and passengers and reaches a top speed of 24 m/min. The user-friendly automatic detection of passenger or material transport means that standard key switching between both operating modes are not necessary anymore. The Super Lift LX 4024 delivers even more power: Up to three lifts bearing 2 tonnes each can be operated on the square mast at the same time, independently of one another.
With platform lengths of up to 35 metres and payloads of up to 6 tonnes, the real strength of our Maxi Climber MC 650 mast climbing platform is its amazing adaptability. Böcker rack and pinion hoists offer versatile solutions, especially for challenging façade work on recessed or inclined structures.
The perfect Böcker rack and pinion hoist for every job: Versatility thanks to a modular system
The requirements placed on a construction site lift are manifold regardless of whether you use it as a building hoist or passenger lift. This is why we attach great importance to the variability of our lifts and mast climbing platforms at Böcker. Our modular system means that one and the same lift can be used for different work steps. For example, our Super Lift MX features a modular platform concept that allows you to adapt it the project by installing ramps or swing gates. Depending on your needs, our Super-Lift LX can also be used with a single or double cage. Each Böcker product grows flexibly with the scaffolding and building structure.
